A Murfreesboro Police Report shows that a 3-year old child was found outside an apartment complex wearing only a diaper and a long sleeve shirt. The incident occured when the temperature outside was in the 30’s at 11pm. A passerby found the child and put a coat around him. The toddler’s mother was arrested. Markita Scott claims a babysitter left the child alone. The story did not add up to officers. Scott was taken to jail.
