Puppy Killer Arrested
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A woman is in jail on suspicion of killing a puppy.East Precinct officers arrested Lynn Tarphagan on Thursday night. She has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty after allegedly slitting a puppy's throat Sunday.She is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
