Mother Charged WIth 22 Counts of Statuatory Rape

Joyce L. Green has been arrested and charged with 22-counts of failing to report statutory rape. A Department of Children Services investigation into an adult male allegedly having sex with 3-juvenile girls between the ages of 14 and 15 led to the arrest of the 37-year old woman who lives in Murfreesboro,TN. Evidently, 2 of the 3 females became pregnant. It was later confirmed that Green is the mother of one of the teenage girls and allegedly knew that her daughter was having sex with a 23-year old man, but did not report it. The man who has been arrested is Aaron Arms. He was located on Wednesday night and apprehended by Detectives and Officers with the U.S. Marshalls Service. Detectives are looking into the case and question that there could be more victims.
