Skateboarder's Tazed for Trespassing

Two skateboarders got the shock of their life. They were allegedly tased by a man who was upset with them trespassing. The incident was reported to police on Wednesday at a warehouse on Middle Tennessee Blvd. The police report says the suspect asked the two skateboarders, “what gives you the right to trespass?” before tasing one on the wrist and reportedly reaching into a truck window to tase the second. The skater who jumped into his truck to flee the area says he ran into a concrete pillar while trying to drive and avoid being tased at the same time.

52-Year old Nolan Keith Abernathy was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of aggravated assault for purportedly using the taser on the two skaters. Abernathy was also charged with two counts of reckless endangerment. The self employed contractor is scheduled to appear before a judge on May 3rd to explain why the taser was reportedly used on trespassers.
