Join Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation for Boat Day with SWRA at the Manson Pike Trailhead on Saturday, June 24, 2010 9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. Volunteers from the Stones River Watershed Association will bring several types of canoes and kayaks for you to try! You will discover characteristics and advantages of each craft, boating basics, correct paddling strokes, and boat safety from knowledgeable volunteers. PDFs and paddles will be provided.
